Path to Change - Step 1: Give Your Brain a Break - Stop ScoreCarding
You are responsible for where you go in life. If life is not heading in the right direction the first thing we have to do is quite draining our emotional battery. Dr GAP

The most current weekly topics are posted here.  They are recorded live and are only edited to remove unnecessary background noise or interruptions.  These recordings are for the benefit of the participants that desire to share with others what they are learning  - and possibly recruit assistance and social support.  There are times that handouts were used, so dust off your materials and use them accordingly.  Always referrence the book, "Love, Lost & Found"  - so keep it handy.  Dr GAP

Last Month

Click For Last Month

Once a topic is retired from "This Week" it is moved to "Last Month".  I am doing this for the people that have asked to maintain a topic a little long so they could have more time to download.  I intend to leave the topic as long as possible, or until I see that it is not being used. Don't hesitate to let me know if you want a particular topic maintained longer.  In those cases I will move them to "Oldies but Goodie".  Dr GAP
